HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE ?
All online orders via Australia Post.

Regular Post
2 – 5 business days for capital cities and metro areas. Regional and rural areas please allow an additional 1-2 business days.

Express Post
1 – 3 business days for capital cities and metro areas. Regional and rural areas please allow an additional 1-2 business days.

Please allow up to 24 hours to process your order upon placement (Monday – Friday).

Your initial order confirmation email is not a confirmation of shipping, you will receive an additional email once your order has been shipped.  Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays, over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

FREE shipping for all orders over $100, otherwise a Fee of $12 will apply. 

Express post
$15 if you would like your order quicker

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ?
Once we have packed and sent your order from Beauty Treats at Forestville you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your delivery.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR DAMAGED ?
